Recombinant Protein A covalently linked to porous glass-beads for purification of monoclonal as well as polyclonal antibodies from serum, ascites or cell-culture. Applicable in columns or batch-procedures for capture of human and animal antibodies of IgG-type.

High binding static capacity up to 45 mg IgG/ml resin allows an easy handling in a simple three-step-mode: load - wash - elute.
TRISOPOR® is an inert glass-matrix devoid of shrinking and/or swelling with a high pressure-stability in columns.
TRISOPOR®-Protein A is offered as a 50%-slurry in a phosphate buffer pH 7,0 with 1% benzylalcohol as bacteriostatic agent.
